Merchant Space and Access Policies

The Coupeville Festival Board of Directors appreciates the impact that the annual Coupeville Arts and Crafts Festival has on town merchants within the artisan booth area.

POLICY

The CFA Board of Directors adopted this REVISED policy on April 15, 2024. This revised and approved policy affects merchant and amenity spaces within the annual Coupeville Festival area.

• Merchants may apply for one (1) single 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth space.
• This space will be located immediately adjacent to your business but is not guaranteed directly in front.
• Online application and booth fees apply.
• 15% commission is waived.
• No jurying of merchandise.
• You or your representative must be in your booth during festival hours on 10am-6pm on Saturday and 10am-5pm on Sunday.
• You are only allowed to sell merchandise in your booth that you sell in your store.
• All merchandise and other belongings must remain in your 10ft x 10ft booth space.
• The CFA permit approved and issued by the Town of Coupeville states clearly that NOTHING may be placed on or sold from the adjoining sidewalk.
